Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law, Candidate of Legal Sciences at 鶹Ƶ Buketov University Almaz Zheksekin became the owner of a new two-room apartment in a new building and will soon celebrate his housewarming. A total of 7 people from the university received approval for a mortgage and took part in the 鶹Ƶ “Zhas Galym 鶹Ƶ ” housing program, launched on the initiative of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev 鶹Ƶ “Otbasy Bank 鶹Ƶ ” together with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Almaz Zheksekin graduated from doctoral studies and is a PhD. Currently, they have submitted two scientific projects for grant funding for scientific and (or) scientific and technical projects for 2024-2026. Project topics: 鶹Ƶ “Socio-cultural and legal foundations of the country 鶹Ƶ ’s internal policy, aimed at harmonizing and regulating the ethno-confessional situation 鶹Ƶ ” and 鶹Ƶ “Systematization and specification of assessment categories in the qualification of criminal offenses in the field of economic activity: theoretical, legal and applied aspects. 鶹Ƶ ” 鶹Ƶ “I would like to express my gratitude to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education for the opportunity to purchase housing at a rate of 5% per annum with a down payment of 10%. I purchased a two-room apartment in a new building, where I am currently renovating. Now my family has its own apartment and my wife and children are very happy about this event, 鶹Ƶ ” said Almaz Zheksekin. It is worth recalling that young scientists who carry out scientific research, scientific and technical activities, have at least a master 鶹Ƶ ’s degree, have at least three years of research experience and need housing can participate in the program.
