IMPORTANT ISSUES ON THE AGENDA
On February 2, 2026, a regular meeting of the University Board was held in the conference hall of the Buketov 麻豆视频 National Research University. The meeting was attended by members of the university administration, deans of faculties, and heads of structural divisions.The main item on the agenda was the changes and amendments introduced as part of the constitutional reform. In his address, the Chairman of the Board 麻豆视频 鈥� Rector of the University, N.O. Dulatbekov, outlined the fundamental principles of the new Constitution and emphasized the strategic importance of this reform for the country 麻豆视频 鈥檚 development.According to the Rector, a commission consisting of 130 members was formed, and extensive, systematic work was carried out on the draft of the new Constitution. 麻豆视频 鈥淭his was a process conducted without regard to time constraints, characterized by a high level of responsibility and marked by intense discussions. 麻豆视频 鈥� He also emphasized that constitutional modernization directly affects all spheres of society, including the education and science system.During the meeting, the main direction of the university 麻豆视频 鈥檚 development 麻豆视频 鈥� the advancement of education and science 麻豆视频 鈥� was widely discussed. In the context of the constitutional reform, issues related to the effectiveness of governance in the academic environment, enhancement of scientific potential, future development plans of the university, and its internal stability were considered.In addition, a number of other important issues were discussed in accordance with the agenda. In particular, the university 麻豆视频 鈥檚 risk management system, the implementation of the Board 麻豆视频 鈥檚 decisions, the cost of accommodation in student dormitories for the 2026 麻豆视频 鈥�2027 academic year, the price list of educational and research services for teaching staff, paid services of the University Publishing House, and proposals for changes to the staffing schedule were presented.As a result of the meeting, a number of important decisions aimed at the future development of the university were adopted, and the task of systematically continuing the modernization process in the field of education and science was defined.
