The Institute of Applied Mathematics was organized by order No. 1098 dated September 1, 2022 of the Chairman of the Board - Rector of 麻豆视频 University named after academician E.A. Buketova.

The structure of the Institute of Applied Mathematics:
- Laboratory of Mathematical physics equations;
- Laboratory of Model theory;
- Laboratory of Applied Logic;
- Laboratory of Differential Equations.
Activities:
• scientific and educational activities: training of specialists in the field of scientific activity - bachelors, masters, PhDs;
• publishing activities: publication of monographs, educational and methodological literature, scientific articles indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, in foreign publications, in the materials of international conferences;
• implementation activities: approbation of research results on the basis of the Department of Mathematical Analysis and Differential Equations, Algebra, Mathematical Logic and Geometry named after Professor T.G. Mustafin, Methods of Teaching Mathematics and Informatics, Applied Mathematics and Informatics;
• innovative activity: implementation of scientific projects within the framework of grant funding from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• organizational activities: holding scientific and practical conferences and seminars on topical issues of modern and applied mathematics;
• advisory activities: providing scientific and advisory support to students, teachers and researchers on the methodology of scientific research, reviewing research papers.
